The college football season hasn't even kicked off yet, but there is already plenty of hype starting to appear with concern to the upcoming college basketball season.
Most recently, The Sporting News released what will be their regional covers for the coming preview magazines. The one which will appear in the Triangle has Duke Senior Quinn Cook and UNC junior Marcus Paige sharing the magazines cover.
The magazine also ranks Duke as the 5th best team in the country followed UNC at 6th, Louisville comes in 7th and Virginia 8th, giving the Atlantic Coast Conference four top ten ranked teams.
Most recently, Athlon Sports released their 2014-15 five man Freshman All American Team which includes Duke newcomers Jahlil Okafor and Tyus Jones.
